Insulated Doors

Our insulated doors are made with a solid wood shell encasing a rigid foam core. 

We use an adjustable aluminum sill to ensure air tightness and proper weather resistance over time.

With properly beveled edges on the door and dual edged weather stripping we are able to achieve perfect air tightness.

Our doors measure two and a half inches thick and have an R-6 to  R-7 depending on wood species. That’s more than double the R-Value of a traditional wood door!
